What do you think about Censorship?
theredpill99 - Censorship prevents maturity. With age, comes maturity but that's because with experience comes reasoning. Without experience, crime rate increases and people do a lot of dumb things because they don't understand the complexities of adult life. The reason that so many males are locked up in the USA is because they don't get what they need at a young age which is life experience, growth, art, music, etc etc.... they need to find out who they are.
kamlota - The society needs censorship , exposing children to cursing and obscenity is unaccaptable, therefore we should not abandon the protective dimension of the censorship.
Micfri - The lie that it's in place to protect the fragile minds of children is not true, I hear kids cursing all the time, they are also adults in training and they should be shown the real world so that they can prepare for it.
Bucsfan55 - I think Micfri is right, censorship does nothing but hide things that kids will see in a few years
ad3543 - If you give the government the power to suppress speech of any kind, they will use it to suppress dissent. Obscenity is almost impossible to define. Attempts are ridiculous (See Carlin's seven dirty words routine). It is a short step from protecting children from obscenity to protecting them from being "unpatriotic" by criticizing the president. As we saw in recent history, those who criticized this despot lost their jobs and were threatened with worse, even though the whole country now sees they were right all along.
ratsalad - there shouldnt be any but people should use common sence also im saying dont start talking like ozzy or tony montanna just because now you can simple common sence but never cencor anything cause if i want to talk like ozzy i should have rite to FREEDOM OF BEEP beep BEEP
jtclements88 - I think that if parents don't want there kids to hear that king of language or see the visuals then don't take them somewhere that they can.

Micfri - I think he will win the democratic primary and then go on to win the general election in a landslide and then go on to be one of the better presidents we've had but he will look like he's the most amazing president of all time because of the horible act he will be following.
